PINE KNOLL WINERY
Pine Knoll winery is a boutique winery, which
means that each of the limited number of bottles produced have been
carefully crafted from select grapes to assure the finest taste and
quality available from a Florida Muscadine grape.
Our local
vineyard captures the intense Florida sun to pack the grapes full of
flavor. The harvesting and proprietary cold process we utilize in
winemaking assure the transfer of the very special flavor to our wines

ABOUT OUR WINES
Florida Muscadine grapes,form the basis of all of our wines to produce truly unique wines.We blend 5 different varieties of Muscadine and also a Cabernet Sauvignon to make blends
that differ from each other to assure that every pallette and taste is accommodated by one of
the 7 brand labels. They differ from traditional wines in several important ways.
Taste- While each of our 7 labels has its unique flavor, in general, they are richer and more
fruit than traditional wines and the reds compare to Australian Pnot
Noir and French Rhone wines . The white compare to Riesling
and Saki with citrus overtones.
Finsh- we have developed the American Finish. This provides an extremely smooth wine
that qualifies it as a sipping wine. The wines range from almost dry to semi-sweet to fit
your individual palette
Drinkability- Smoothness is the most fascinating feature of these wines.These wines drink
much ike a beverage, but remember they contain 12.5% alcohol. Serve chilled..
Agieng- Muscadines are by nature young wines, low in tannins which mean aging is not
required.They are free from ageing constituents that cause headaches for many
red wine drinkers.

Healthy-Contains 14 times the Resveratrol found in any other grape and 20 times the
anti-oxidants. Both are considered to provide significant health benefits.
The NECTAR series of wines are true sipping wines, with unmatched smoothness and all-
around easy drinking. With light whites and flavorful reds, each is, and ideal for, a
pre-dinner break These are best served chilled like a beverage and are semi-dry for
the American preferences.
The

French wines. Complimentary wine tastings are ongoing during business
hours. At our tasting bar, you can sample and compare all of our six
offerings and find which best satisfies your newly discriminating

All six of our wines are made here at the winery from Muscadine grapes
our vineyards. We offer, in addition
to the complimentary tastings , wine accessories, glassware, unique
porcelain, wine making supplies and even original art and crafts from
local artisans. We are located at 2423 South Rockcrusher Road in
Homosassa, Florida in Citrus County at the intersection with Homosassa
