RESERVE

Our biggest taste and richest wine has the full flavor of the NOBLE Muscadine grape from which it is made. Reserve is an almost-dry wine well suited for pairing with hearty beef dishes from streak to cheesebugers.No red wine headaches and free from harsh aftertastes or acidic problems to assure a pleasurable drink .Reserve is 12.5% alcohol and the attractive bottle makes an excellent candle holder. This is most reminiscent of a Red Rhone wine.

MERITAGE

This is a blend made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Noble grapes to provide the richness of Cab with a familiar taste backround of Cabernet resulting in a taste which resonates with French Paulliac. Semi dry and with a gentle backbone it proved an almost buttery perception. This is best served chilled, with chocolate and biscut.

RED NECTAR

The most gentle of the reds, drinks like a beverage despite 12.5% alcohol. Semi-dry with very light backbone this is the wine selected most at our tasting bar by people who claim to drink little or no wine. The great taste of a merlot like red without distracting burning or heavy aftertaste. This is meant to be served chilled as a sipping wine. WHITE NECTAR

This dryish wine made from CARLOS Muscadine grapes is reminiscent of a German Riesling wine. Meant to sip chilled on a warm afternoon it pairs amazingly with Chinese food or fish of any sort..A light backbone coupled with a light taste and totally smooth it is still 12.5% alcohol.. and totally refreshing. No better company for an afternoon on the patio.

BRONZE NECTAR

The most fruit of all of our wines, this wine has a wonderful blend of citrus and pineapple flavors in a gentle semi dry cocktail. For fruit wine lovers, this is the one. Different from any you would have tasted and free from any additives this is pure fruit. But again the 12.5% alcohol level says it must be treated like wine. Chilling makes the flavors subtle and with gentle aftertaste makes each

PINK NECTAR

This semi-sweet wine blended from several Muscadine grape is our most gracious wine. Light, gentle and taste light a rose petal it is our ladies drink of preference when sipping. It is best paired with a deckchair and swimming pool Comparable to nothing. The 12.5% alcohol is not noticeable so be careful
